About Pastors Stuart & Colleen
Dr. J. Stuart & Colleen Price were born again in 1973 & very quickly became fully involved in the Assembly of God Church in Wanganui, New Zealand. There was a fire burning in both their lives right from the beginning. Stuart had such a heart for the supernatural, & began to seek God.
Stuart became involved with leading Youth, then assisted the Pastor & worked in every aspect of the church, while still doing his secular work. Right from those early days, both Stuart & Colleen knew in their hearts that the Lord was leading them to Australia, but they also knew the importance of waiting on God, for His timing. This was a time of training and preparation for what God had up ahead, although at times there were difficulties along the way, and every time they came to a crossroad, God would give them direction again.
In 1985, the Lord led them to move to Australia, taking with them their two teenage sons, Alan & Raymon, and their young daughter, Sarah. This was a real sacrifice, and a tremendous cost, to following the call of God. Colleen's Mother, who was blind, had been a part of the family for some time. It was hard for everyone to leave family and many close friends behind, to start a new life in Australia.
The past twenty seven years, they have been Senior Pastors, and have pioneered two churches, established annexe churches, and travelled extensively in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Haiti, Mexico, Chile, Canada, England and the United States of America.
In March 1999, the Lord laid a burden for Arkansas on their hearts, and they began to intercede for revival in Arkansas. The Lord gave Pastor Stuart a vision in a large Annual Conference in October 1999 in Brisbane:
It was like the hub of a wheel was centred over Little Rock, with lines like spokes of a wheel, going out all over Arkansas, and even some going over the borders into other States of America. Little Rock was going to be a springboard, to launch what God was wanting to do.
On the ends of the lines, looked like blobs, and Stuart asked the Lord, "what are those?" The Lord replied, "they are churches, where I will move by my spirit, bringing Revival."
This was such revelation, and with this, they took a step of faith, and began to plan to come to Arkansas, after 1 year of intensive prayer and fasting.
They visited a Travel Agent, making bookings for March 2000, and believed God for supernatural provision to come.
In February 2000, just three weeks prior to travelling to the States they attended a State Conference. While Colleen was talking to some Pastor's wives, she discovered that a Pastor friend had, had an open vision concerning Arkansas five years previously.
Excitedly they inquired and found that this Pastor had been praying for a young man who was going to be getting married, and while they were praying he saw a map of the State of Arkansas, (with the name underneath), as he watched this vision he saw the Blood of Jesus coming down from the top of the State, and covering the whole of Arkansas.
This young Pastor was so excited about what God had shown him, he shared it with an American Pastor, who is now in Sydney and, became very discouraged when he was told, "nobody goes to Arkansas!" After some time had gone past he never thought of it again. He became very excited after talking with Stuart & Colleen to hear that they were going to Arkansas in three weeks time.
Pastor Stuart had asked the Lord to send someone else to Arkansas, as he was too busy with his church, and the Lord told him that He had asked others to go, they would not! Stuart never asked that again.
In March 2000, Stuart & Colleen set off for Arkansas, not knowing anyone, but trusting God and His leading, and with many people praying and believing with them as they went.
The Lord had said that, “He would show them, and cause them to meet people who would be instrumental in bringing about His will”.
They came to Little Rock, and prayed and sought God for 10 days, hearing nothing, but on 11th day, Pastor Stuart heard the Lord say, "this week I will open it up!" Praise God, and open it up He did. They had nineteen meetings in thirteen days, all over the State of Arkansas, and went on Radio and Television, just as the Lord had told Stuart.
God has indeed opened many doors; they have had six visits in two years, and are just beginning to start their seventh Itinerary. Pastor Stuart believes that this is only the beginning of what the Lord wants to do!
They have seen many miraculous healings, lives changed, people saved and set free by the power of God. Some 2500 people filled with the Holy Spirit, and coming into a closer walk with the Lord. Pastor Stuart has a powerful apostolic anointing, and moves powerfully in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, to open the Heavens and release God to move. He has a heart for Pastors, and God has commissioned them to cause fires to burn in the churches throughout America.
From 2005-2007 Pastor Stuart and Colleen lived in Little Rock. They both felt the need to return back to Australia and pioneer churches.
Colleen has worked as a team with her husband Stuart, and also has a heart to see women set free, and released into their full potential. She has a strong testimony in her own life, when she had to stand alone in her acceptance of Christ, and believe for her man to receive the Lord. God has set her free of many fears and insecurities, and she has the heart of a Mother.
In 2008 Pastor Stuart and Colleen established Spirit Life Christian Church, a new church on the Gold Coast starting in a lounge room consisting of 6 people, with a strong vision to bring healing and revival by the vibrant power of the Holy Spirit. This church has grown and has found permanent residence in Robina.
In 2009 Pastor Stuart and Colleen pioneered a second church in Tweed Heads NSW, and in 2010 a permanent Pastor was appointed to work with them in Tweed Heads.
In 2012 Pastor Stuart and Colleen will again leave the shores of Australia for a 8 week preaching tour of Arkansas. To date they have over 40 meetings booked. This trip will take place in mid September to Mid November, and will be their 14th trip to Arkansas and, God has not changed His mind regarding the prophecy for Arkansas.
